The Concept
I ran into this luggage company onoine, and I thought it would be a great idea to redesign the logo. The original logo is fairly plain and uninspiring.
The Idea
I wanted to keep close to the original logo feel, so I kept brand close on the blue family. The design was inspired by travel destinations and atmosphere. Sunny skies, beaches and crystal clear water are the perfect vacation conditions. I chose the colors bases on those elements. I also took the fluid shape of waves and applied it to the bottom of the logo.
Conclusion
Rebranding logos are small projects I like to do. This one was especially fun since I love the subject matter. I wanted something that said travel and was a but more enjoyable, given that vacations are meant to be relaxing, adventurous and fun. Who wants a boring vacation, right?
